Corporate Trainer / Training Specialist – (Technical)

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic training professional who has experience designing for, and delivering classes in onsite or online environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Work as part of the Product Training team to develop and maintain course materials (including slides, and job aids)
Interact with the product development, engineering and documentation teams to keep course materials up-to-date with each new release
Develop a thorough understanding of Satmetrix technology, products and services.
Maintain a training schedule/calendar and coordinate logistics for training programs.
Deliver training classes to Satmetrix employees
Preferred Skills:
Ability to understand and communicate the value of customer experience management solutions in the context of customer-specific solutions.
Experience in developing for and delivering classes in the online environment.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Experience in Satmetrix technology (a plus)
Experience in working with remote teams.
Bachelor’s degree
At least 4 Experience in delivering training
Excellent written and presentation skills
Experience in delivering online training (a plus)
Experience in instructional design.
Experience with Tools like Java/J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Pearl, PHP, Oracle, MySQL, etc is desirable
