Software Trainer
at M Squared Software and Services Pvt Ltd in Technopark
Responsible for the application of learning technologies to transfer skills (in both IT and non-IT subjects )
Create training schedules, provide end user training etc
Perform review of progress on non-complex, visible projects and occasional review of other completed work.
Must be able to explain the technical complexities of software effectively.
Must be able to address the needs of individual students without slowing down the entire class.
Carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels.
Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs.
Maintaining appropriate records of learner development and also resource allocation.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes.
Generate status reports relating to the training process as needed.
Perform all other responsibilities entrusted by the management as and when required.
Preferred Skills:
Graduates with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Prefer candidates with B Tech/ MCA back ground
