Network Operations Center (NOC) Support Engineer
at Confianz Information Technologies in Techno park, Trivandrum
LINUX: – * Advanced knowledge of Administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, or Debian) * Must be able to setup, configure and use Linux servers Networking, RAID, daemons, services, etc. * Troubleshooting/log analysis knowledge * Solaris knowledge a PLUS. ASTERISK: * Configuration, Administration, and Maintenance experience * Setup of Asterisk with IAX, SIP, etc * SIP – know concepts, usage, and experience troubleshooting *One way voice-path, NAT issues, registration, etc. * CISCO interconnectivity with Asterisk * FreeSwitch interconnectivity * SER/OpenSER/Kamalio experience a PLUS MYSQL: – Usage, Administration of Database * SQL knowledge (advanced) * Stored procedures/triggers * Replication * DBA/DBP experience
